You Can Pay Your HOA Dues with a Credit Card

Want to pay your HOA dues with a credit card? Just send us an email and a PayPal invoice will be created for you. Please note that processing fees will be added to your invoice, which will be your responsibility.

Tennis Court Keys

In early September 2023, we had the tennis court lockbox rekeyed. As a result, you will need to pick-up a new key! Please email us to make arrangements.

For those who are wondering WHY, here's the why: As homes are sold, not every homeowner passes along all keys to the new homeowner. And while the HOA had extra keys made, they had all been distributed. And while we would love to have more keys cut, the locksmith who keyed the lock decades ago is no longer in business (or worse), and unfortunately only he could cut that key. The only solution is to replace the locks, which also meant we had to replace all keys. Going forward, ANY locksmith can cut a replacement key and much cheaper! The current keys were $25 each; the new ones are $5.
