Jeff Davis Plantation is a quiet, convenient sidewalk neighborhood located two miles east of the Historic Fayetteville Courthouse off South Jeff Davis Drive.  You will find both tree-lined and cul-de-sac streets with well-maintained homes.   

For neighborhood enjoyment, the recreation area offers a covered pavilion for gatherings, a playground for small children, and a tennis court for all to enjoy.  The covered bridge over the stream adds to the charm of the community.
