Dear New Jeff Davis Plantation Homeowner,

On behalf of the residents of Jeff Davis Plantation, we would like to welcome you to the neighborhood. We would like to share a few pieces of information as you become acclimated to your new house and surroundings.

• We have an annual business meeting in the spring each year to go over our budget, business items, and concerns. All are welcome to attend, and a notice will be sent to your home.

• Our annual dues are $225.00 and are due by April 1st. Dues should be mailed to:

If you are new to the neighborhood, please send an email to the HOA Board Secretary and schedule a time to fill out your new neighbor paperwork and get your tennis court key.

Again, we wish to welcome you to Jeff Davis Plantation and thank you for your commitment to make our neighborhood one of the finest in Fayetteville. We are available to you as a resident of the neighborhood and strive to keep the HOA website updated and useful.
