DUES INFORMATION

The 2025 dues amount for residents of Jeff Davis Plantation is $225.00. That amount is due on or before April 1st each year. Late fees will be assessed on properties with unpaid dues as of April 1, 2025.*

This amount covers a variety of expenses for the neighborhood, the major expenses being: 

• Landscaping

  • Mowing / Fertilizer / Treatments

  • Tree Maintenance

  • Common Area Upkeep

  • Flowers & Seasonal Color

• Utilities

  • Front Entrance Lighting

    • Recreation Area Lighting 

  • Professional Services

    • Accountant Fees

    • Liability Insurance

  • Administrative Fees

    • Printing of Materials

    • Mailing Fees

    • Website Domain Cost

Dues should be submitted to the Homeowners Association Treasurer, Carole-Anne Whitehurst, and mailed to the address below. Homeowners may also pay HOA dues with a credit card, but please note that the use of a credit card will incur a convenience fee, which is collected by the credit card processing company. Please email the Board for an electronic invoice.

*LATE FEES

If no payment or an incomplete payment is received by April 1st, ten percent (10%) late fees will be assessed. The HOA may also elect to file a lien should a homeowner's dues become seriously delinquent.
