Please note the following:

• To help ensure quality home values in Jeff Davis Plantation, we strive to keep our neighborhood in the best condition. Please help by grooming your yard and beds on a regular basis. If you are unable to maintain your yard, please contact a landscaper or an HOA Officer for a recommendation.

• Please be considerate of your neighbors regarding control and noise of your pets. Please do not leave your dogs barking in the yard. When walking your pets through the neighborhood, please be sure to clean up their messes.

• Please return your garbage can(s) to your home after garbage collection on your contracted day. We realize that a few companies service our neighborhood, but we would appreciate it if you would see that your can(s) are not left on the street, curb, or driveway after they are emptied.
